    Judge continues sentencing for Loudoun art teacher convicted of child pornography
    Mon., Jul. 28 | 12:28 PM - At Loudoun County Circuit Court on July 25, Judge Stephen E Sincavage opted to pass his sentencing of Loudoun elementary art teacher Ralph Watts Conrad, 43, on a later date. Conrad pleaded guilty to 50 counts of child pornography on April 11.
