ISO adventure

I’m not sure if my son doesn’t quite get the line between fantasy and reality, or if he just doesn’t want to get it.  He is always half-expecting amazing things to happen.  What’s more, he’s ready for the adventure.

The other day, he told me, “I read in a book that if you step in the same sidewalk square five times, you fall down into the underground.”

Me: “That’s not true, honey.”

Son: “I know. I tried.”
