Panthers sweep team titles; Rosenburg sets two records at Dulles swim meet
Tue., Jan. 31 | 01:07 PM - With one event left, the tension in the air at the Dulles District Swim Championships was palpable. Potomac Falls High School had already secured the boys title. But with only half a point separating Potomac Falls' and Briar Woods' girls teams, the title came down to the 400-yard freestyle relay.
