John Champe adds gymnastics, boys track coaches
Thu., May. 24 | 02:39 PM - John Champe High School, set to open this fall in Aldie, recently filled two head coaching position in preparation for its first athletic season in the 2012-2013 school year. Former Olympian Hope Spivey will coach gymnastics, and Brandon Sanford will coach boys track and field.

Graham leads Raiders to boys title, Huskies claim girls crown at Dulles track meet
Tue., May. 22 | 04:24 PM - Loudoun County High School junior Steven Graham showed off his immense talent by winning four individual events at the Dulles District Track and Field Championships, May 17 at Tuscarora High School in Leesburg. The Raiders won eight of 16 boys events overall to claim the team title.

Stone Bridge boys earn runner-up finish at Liberty track meet
Tue., May. 22 | 09:17 AM - Stone Bridge High School earned a runner-up finish in the boys standings and placed fourth on the girls side at the AAA Liberty District Track and Field Championships, May 15-16 at South Lakes High School in Reston. The host Seahawks won boys and girls team titles in dominant fashion.
Spartans, Eagles combine to win 10 events at Cedar Run track meet
Thu., May. 17 | 11:35 AM - Battlefield High School showed the way at the AAA Cedar Run District track and field championships. Battlefield topped Broad Run by 38 points for the boys title and the Bobcats ran away with the girls crown May 16 at Freedom High School in South Riding.
